Philleywood is a USA-based maker founded in 2011 by Paul Wood, building hand-made premium gloves and upcycled leather accessories one small batch at a time from goatskin, deerskin and hairsheep sourced worldwide. Paul came out of Sector9 Skateboards' apparel program and the technical slide-glove world of downhill skateboarding; the first Philleywood sample was tested over 5,200 miles of cycling across 13 months before the brand launched.
